In the Advanced Program, you will receive a thorough consultation where we map out your goals, needs and preferences. You will receive a tailored training program that is updated every month, so that your training is constantly adapted to your development.
Additionally, 2 weekly personal training sessions are included, where you will receive professional guidance, technical feedback and motivation. To further optimize your performance, you will also receive nutritional guidance and tracking of your training progression, allowing us to closely monitor your progress..
If you want additional training sessions, there is the option to purchase additional sessions with your personal trainer. This package is ideal for those who want full structure, ongoing adaptation and maximum support in their training.
