Bio
I founded Bull Performance to advance my professional mission: to develop health and physical performance through evidence-based strength and conditioning training. I hold a bachelor's degree in Sports and Nutrition and a master's degree in Human Physiology - one of the most prestigious sports science educations in the world - with a specialization in motor learning from the University of Copenhagen.
I specialize in developing and optimizing elite athletes' physical capacity, with a focus on injury prevention, explosiveness, endurance, strength and power. At the same time, I place great emphasis on ensuring that the client's needs and goals are always at the center and that training is individually tailored to create the best possible results.
Throughout my career as a physical coach at Badminton Denmark (Elite Training Center East), Copenhagen Sports Boarding School (KIES), Hørsholm-Usserød Sports Club (HUI), and Hellerup Sports Club (HIK), I have worked in a structured and goal-oriented way with both individual athletes and teams. My approach is characterized by commitment, passion and a strong desire to enhance athletes' physical performance through high-quality coaching in both movement and physical development.
With this background, I now run my own business as an independent personal and physical trainer. My training practice is based on a scientific approach, where programming and progression are carefully adapted to each athlete’s individual conditions, needs and goals.
